1. **Non-divisibility and Non-transmissibility:** The hours included in the oral session package are non-divisible and cannot be transferred or assigned to another person under any circumstances. Each session is strictly personal and must be used by the individual registered for the package.

2. **Cancellation of Sessions:** Sessions may be canceled without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, the session will be considered due and will not be refunded.

3. Purpose

    These Terms and Conditions of Use govern the use of the French oral training service, " Annual Moti'vorale      Sessions," offered by [Tourfrenchylangue)].

4. Subscription

     Access to the "Annual Moti'vorale Sessions" service requires an annual subscription. Payment of the                 subscription allows the user to book oral training sessions.

5. Booking Limit

     Users can book up to 6 hours of training sessions per week. This limit is strict and cannot be exceeded at       any time during the year.

6. Non-cumulative Hours

     Unused hours cannot be carried over to subsequent weeks. Each week, the user has a maximum of 6             hours of sessions.

7. Termination

     The user may terminate their subscription at any time, but no refund will be provided for the remaining         period of the annual subscription.

8. Modifications

    Tourfrenchylangue reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be            notified of any changes via email.
